About us

My search began in 2008 when I was trying to find a way to cope with my daily responsibilities and keep up with the fast pace of life. Then, I found yoga and self-improvement lessons, and that was only the beginning. Toda, I am still on the search for more ways to have mental and physical well-being, and this journey has become endless.

As a private self-employer of twenty-two years’ experience, life has put me in a privileged position to face human relations and learn how to accept each person’s individuality. More importantly, I have learned to find solutions for any downfalls that life might throw at us. I have achieved this through studying different techniques that teach how to handle life’s challenges by channeling good energy and a different way of thinking.
