Placing an order and its acceptance
Placing your order
Please follow the onscreen prompts to place an order. Each order is an offer by you to buy the food supplements specified in the order subject to these Terms.
Upon the completion of your order, an email will be sent to your account.
Acceptance
Based on the Acceptance policy, you will be charged for your purchases and delivery as soon as you place your order. You will not be charged or be committed to any type of contract with us until your order has gone through the system. Please note that we are entitled to decline your order up until payment, without giving any reason. After your payment has gone through, you will officially be in contract with us.
Delivery of Products
The process of the delivery of your products will be based on the Company’s method and it will be sent to the address which you specify in the checkout procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be a requirement on the contract between us.
In cases where the courier company cannot deliver the order to the address you have indicated, then after communication between us, you will receive it from a different service point.
The delivery of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts.
Cancellation and changes
You can notify any changes or cancellation requirement through email or by contacting us. In the case that your order has not been processed, then you can cancel or modify the order as you wish. However, if the order has been processed and dispatched from our premises, then we cannot, unfortunately, make changes to the order, or accept returns.
Return & Refunds Policy
In the case that you are not satisfied with your item of purchase when it arrives to you, for any reason, due to safety factors, we DO NOT accept returns. It must be understood that the product is kept in the correct temperatures and conditions, and once it has left our premises, it cannot be tampered with or accept returns of any kind. Please make certain that you will order products that you will use wisely for yourselves and your loved ones.
However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival so that we can replace the product with a new one, as soon as the damaged product is in our facilities. Please note that you will be responsible for the delivery fees upon the shipment of your product for a refund. 2. COD Method
Payment upon receipt of the order. You pay cash to the employee of the courier company (ACS).
This method has an extra charge from courier company (ACS).

Credit card payment is a completely safe payment method for our customers. The Wisdom Health Life by Theocharous brand will never have knowledge of your card or account information. When paying for your order, Wisdom Health Life by Theocharous does not come into contact with your card details and data under any circumstances. This information is entered directly by you using an encrypted connection to the partner bank's secure systems.
The Company bears no responsibility in case of illegal use of credit cards.
