If you wish to take the journey of self-discovery through practices such as yoga and the systematic use of chakra, then this is the seminar for you.

This seminar is called “Systemic eyes on chakra”.

In these series of lectures, we will study the qualities of the seven invisible energy centers that we call chakras, and how they physically, mentally and spiritually, affect our existence. Each chakra is connected to the vital organs of our bodies and they are the ones that regulate them.

Goal of the Seminar: To come to a realization of the issues that bothering us, to be able to analyze them and see them from a different perspective, with the only objective, our self-improvement though our physical, mental and spiritual wellness.

During each lesson, there will follow a meditation session as well as yoga practice that will be directly related to each chakra that the lesson will focus on.
